Mr. Guo founded MY Capital in 2013, as one of the earliest high-frequency traders in China. He has been leading our R&D efforts ever since, as our investment expertise broadens into different asset classes and turnover characteristics.
Prior to founding MY Capital, Ray had a highly successful business career in IT startups. He was also one of the earliest Chinese STEM students in the reform era to travel abroad for postgraduate studies and postdoctoral research. Ray has BS in Applied Physics from Tsinghua University and PhD in Climate Science from University of East Anglia in the UK.
Mr. Xu joined the company in 2013, responsible for our advancement in technology infrastructure and platform building. He also oversees our efforts in developing centralized tool-sets and expertise, in close coordination with investment research and trading. Xinxin has BS and MS in Electrical Engineering, both from Wuhan University.
Mr. Wu joined the company in 2019, leading our research and investment efforts in equities. Ganghui has BS in Physics from University of Science and Technology of China and MS in Financial Engineering from Fudan University.
Ms. Yang joined the company in 2025, responsible for our efforts to build up presence and expertise outside of the Chinese Mainland, as well as to develop systematic macro investment programs. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs on derivative pricing, and at Winton as CEO/CIO, Greater China. Min has BS in Physics from Peking University and PhD in Physics from Caltech.
